These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Ridden, Inc. for use of Ridden. By creating an account, tapping Sign in with Apple or Google, or buying Credits, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The App is a social skill game, not a bank, casino, lottery, or investment product.

2. The service

Ridden lets you sit at private or public tables, lock a bill serial for a round, bid and call, and optionally use live video. Server records of bids, counts, and settlements are final, except where we correct a documented outage or billing error.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your login and for activity under it. Do not share accounts. Usernames and avatars must not impersonate others, include illegal content, or violate the Community Guidelines. We may reclaim names that infringe rights or abuse the service.

Sign in with Apple or Google: those providers authenticate you. We receive a stable identifier and, if you permit, a name or email. Apple Hide My Email addresses are valid account emails.

4. Credits (virtual goods)

Credits are a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to play in the App. Credits have no cash value. They cannot be sold, gifted outside the App, exchanged, or redeemed for money, real currency, goods, or prizes of monetary value. Credits are not a security, deposit, stored-value account, or gambling chip.

Buy-ins reserve Credits for a table. When a game ends, the winner receives the pot in Credits as described in the App. Losers forfeit their buy-in. We may reverse obvious errors, fraud, or aborted tables.

Purchases are made through Apple In-App Purchase (or Google Play, if offered). Apple’s terms govern payment, taxes, and refund requests. We cannot override Apple’s refund decisions. Restore Purchases is available on the Buy Credits screen.

Unused Credits are forfeited if you delete your account, if we close the App, or if we terminate you for abuse, except where law requires otherwise. We do not provide cash-outs.

5. Not gambling

Gameplay uses virtual Credits only. You are not wagering legal tender against other players through us. Do not use the App where skill-game or virtual-item rules forbid it. You are responsible for following the laws where you use the App.

6. Bills and serials

You may scan a real banknote or generate a virtual serial. You represent that any scan is of currency you lawfully possess, for personal gameplay only. We do not authenticate that a physical bill is genuine or that a serial is unique in the real world. Do not upload images of other people’s documents, IDs, or cards.

7. Live video

Live tables use your camera and microphone. Do not record, stream, or republish another player’s video or audio without their consent. We may mute, kick, or ban for harassment, nudity, hate, or illegal conduct. Video is transmitted in real time to others in that room.

8. Acceptable use

No cheating, bots, collusion tools, exploiting bugs after we ask you to stop, scraping, reverse engineering except as law allows, attacking our systems, or using the App to launder value. No under-18 users. Follow the Community Guidelines.

9. Termination

You may delete your account in the App. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks we reasonably believe are abusive, or risk to other users. Credits are not refunded on termination for cause.

10. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, T1 ATLAS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted video, error-free settlement, or that a table will finish.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, T1 ATLAS AND ITS OFFICERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST CREDITS, PROFITS, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR CREDITS IN THE 90 DAYS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50. Some states do not allow some limits. In those states our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

12. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Suffolk County, Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court in your county. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. If you continue to use the App after an update, you accept the new Terms. If you do not, delete your account.
