This Cookie Policy explains how Ridden, Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on ridden.app (the “Site”). It does not change the Privacy Policy. The Ridden iOS app is a native app. It does not set browser cookies.
Account, gameplay, camera, and purchase data are covered in the Privacy Policy at https://getridden.com/privacy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores on your browser. Similar tools include local storage and pixels. They can remember a session, keep the site secure, or measure visits.
2. What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use the Site or the App to track you across other companies’ apps or sites for advertising. We do not use cookies to build an ad profile of Ridden players.
3. Essential cookies
The Site is hosted on Wix. Wix sets cookies that are required for the Site to load, stay secure, and remember a basic session. These can include cookies that:

keep the connection secure and resist abuse

balance traffic across Wix servers

These cookies are not used to advertise. The Site will not work correctly if they are blocked.
4. Analytics and marketing
We do not currently run third-party advertising cookies or a marketing pixel on the Site. If we later add site analytics or a marketing tag, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask before those cookies run. You can refuse non-essential cookies in the Site banner if one is shown.
5. The App
On your phone, Ridden stores a sign-in session, a push token, and settings on the device. That is local app storage, not a browser cookie. Live video is sent in real time through Daily.co and is not stored as a cookie. Apple and Google handle in-app purchases under their own policies.
6. How to control cookies
Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may break the Site. Blocking them does not delete your Ridden account. Account deletion is in the App under Profile, then Delete Account, or by emailing legal@getridden.com.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
